- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time

- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We will coordinate with the courier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
