Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- Orders marked as Final Sale.
Refunds
- Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
